Software Engineer

Reporting to Principal Software Architect (PSA)

Overview

We are looking for a skilled software engineer who, along with our excellent software development team, will be responsible for working on product that are currently being developed on by our company.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, build, test, and deploy software applications and features
• Carry software products through the software development life cycle (SDLC)
• Write clean, concise, and efficient code
• Ability to write readable & reusable code, create extensive documentation for existing code, and refactor the previously written code into readable state.
• Work in an agile environment to release software on a regular schedule
• Troubleshoot and debug software
• Work with peers to define software requirements

Skills & Requirements

• Knowledge of the software development life-cycle.
• The desire to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Minimum of 2 years of industry experience doing software development projects
• Understanding of RESTful API design
• Proficiency in at least one scripting language such as .Net, C#, Flutter, TypeScript, JavaScript, Python and HTML5/CSS3 standards
• Demonstrated ability to deliver web-based services that meet business requirements
• Proficient with MySQL, AzureSQL or related DBMS platform
• Experience with Azure cloud, Devops, Git and CI/CD tools
• Smart and gets things done – you have a can-do attitude for anything from server setup and build maintenance through to QA and feature delivery

Education & Experience

• Degree in Computer Engineer, Computer Science or Bachelor’s degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science plus equivalent work experience
